PDI SERVICES:

• Project Management including project programming

• Management of consultants programming the Environmental Impact Report and special technical studies

• Preparation of public outreach programs and representation of the project at public meetings

• Entitlement processing through the City of Long Beach to obtain General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Master Plan approvals

• Management of the architects and engineers during the design process

• Preparation of Design Guidelines and Development Standards

• Coordination of permitting and approvals from the FAA and LA County Airport Land Use Commission

• Preparation of comprehensive CPM schedules and detailed budgets and phasing plans

• Coordination with ongoing aircraft manufacturing and Long Beach Airport operations

• Management of demolition of existing facilities including hazardous materials and utility relocations to support on going aircraft manufacturing operations

• Construction Management of off-site improvements to roads and utilities
