PDI SERVICES:
Project Management including project programming
Management of consultants programming the Environmental Impact Report and special technical studies
Preparation of public outreach programs and representation of the project at public meetings
Entitlement processing through the City of Long Beach to obtain General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Master Plan approvals
Management of the architects and engineers during the design process
Preparation of Design Guidelines and Development Standards
Coordination of permitting and approvals from the FAA and LA County Airport Land Use Commission
Preparation of comprehensive CPM schedules and detailed budgets and phasing plans
Coordination with ongoing aircraft manufacturing and Long Beach Airport operations
Management of demolition of existing facilities including hazardous materials and utility relocations to support on going aircraft manufacturing operations
Construction Management of off-site improvements to roads and utilities
